# 2025 September Bug Fixes

## Bug Fixes for 2025 September

### **ATS**

- **Import Applicant Issue:** Fixed import failure when SSN or address is missing. Proper error messages are now displayed if mandatory fields like state are missing, and applicants can be successfully created.
- **ATS/NHO Snapshot – Duplicate Candidate Profile Column:** Duplicate columns removed. Only one Candidate Profile column is displayed with correct data.

### **NHO/EIS**

- **Employee Assignment Multi-Selector:** Resolved issue where unnecessary multi-select options were displayed in Employee Assignment. Only relevant options are now shown without affecting other functionalities.
- **NHO – Auto-Completion of E-Verify Task:** New Hires now move automatically to EIS after E-Verify task completion, ensuring proper workflow progression.
- **EIS – Assignment Pagination:** Pagination summary now accurately reflects the total number of records when page size is applied.
- **EIS – Unauthorized E-Verify Banner Color:** Corrected banner color for Unauthorized and Unresolved E-Verify status to red, highlighting critical alerts.

### **CMS**

- **WC Code Access Error:** Fixed console error when clicking the “Access” button in CMS WC Code. Users can now access without errors.
- **WC Code Edit Form:** Resolved issue preventing the edit form from opening. Users can now edit WC Codes directly.
- **Snapshot – Charge Display:** Fixed issue where percentage-based charges displayed as dollar amounts. Charges now reflect correct percentage values in the Snapshot grid.
- **Job Position – Markup Rate Validation:** Next button is now disabled until a valid Markup Rate is provided, preventing incomplete configuration.
- **Invoice History Report:** Invoice reports now display correctly from the Invoice History navigation.

### **ZenTime**

- **Pin Entry Resolution:** Fixed display issue on smaller tablets. Pin entry screen now scales correctly according to device resolution.
- **Auto Capitalization:** Auto-capitalization from device keyboard no longer affects ZenTime forms. Text fields now respect default casing.
- **Rounding Logic:** Corrected rounding behavior for Temp Job and Scheduled Job timeclocks. Rules now apply as per service profile setup.
- **Clock Setup Error:** Resolved “No data found” error. Clock setup can now be completed successfully under all valid conditions.

### **RMS**

- **Comment Report:** Comments related to Contact records are now correctly separated from Employee comments, preventing duplicate display in reports.
- **Audit Log Stage Change:** Audit logs now correctly record office staff actions instead of attributing them to the employee.
- **Role Hierarchy Enforcement:** Lower roles (Branch Manager) can no longer modify report access for higher roles (Admin), maintaining role hierarchy integrity.

### **TMS**

- **OT Split for Closed Batch:** Reopening closed transaction batches now correctly applies Over 40 OT split according to configured rules.
- **Future PPE Transactions:** Day levels are now validated against PPE before creation, ensuring accurate future transaction scheduling.

### **AMS**

- **Assignment Select All Filter:** Select All functionality now only applies to filtered records, respecting applied column filters.
- **Assignment – Task Navigation Error:** Error messages removed. Task Navigation now displays properly after saving a new assignment.

### **Mobile App**

- **Map Loading:** Map now properly displays pins or messages when searching for leads, preventing continuous loading issues.
- **Contact Portal Job Rendering:** Jobs now fully render in the mobile Contact Portal, regardless of the number of jobs.

### **Searches**

- **Office Drop-Down Search:** Improved drop-down search functionality. Offices beyond the 100th position are now suggested when typing relevant keywords, ensuring easier navigation and selection.
- **Global Search – Missing Results:** Fixed issue where valid search inputs returned no results. Global Search now consistently returns relevant data.
- **Global Search – Created Date Sorting:** Sorting by Created Date now works in both ascending and descending order for enhanced usability.
- **Favorite Search – Missing Eye Icon:** Eye view icon now correctly displays for Contacts, allowing easy navigation to Contact details.

### **Other Modules**

- **Translation Issue – Login and Register Pages:** Corrected Spanish language translations. All text on login and register pages now display correctly in Spanish.
- **Profile Picture Upload:** Resolved “Unauthorized Access” error. Profile pictures can now be uploaded successfully.
- **Calendar Event – Office Staff Selection:** Fixed limitation where only accessible office staff were displayed. Now all active office staff are shown when creating calendar events, regardless of access restrictions.
- **Invoice Report – Daily Level Display:** Corrected invoice report behavior. Even after transaction corrections, the report now correctly displays transactions at the daily level.
- **Time Approver Email Link:** Fixed issue where pending entries displayed only for one contact. Now all approval pending entries are visible when accessed via email link.
- **I-9 Document Replacement:** Corrected issue where rejected I-9 documents were not replaced after reassignment. Updated documents now display correctly in Document Navigation.
- **ETC – Scroll Bar for Phone Profile Name:** Fixed scroll bar calculation in Text module. The scroll bar now dynamically adjusts on every change, allowing full visibility of the list.
- **Job Portal – UI Overlap:** Resolved overlap between Pay Rate and Job Position fields. Both fields are now clearly visible regardless of content length.
- **JSM, TJM, DHM – Search Type Field:** Search Type field now displays correctly without needing to interact with Additional Parameters, enhancing form usability across modules.
- **ARS Payment – Reference Dropdown:** Fixed issue where Reference dropdown did not show balance after applying Credit Memo. Available balance now displays correctly.
- **ATM – Value List Multi-Select:** Fixed single-select issue for custom list items. Value List field now supports multi-selection as intended.
- **Customer-Side Task Assignment:** Child tasks are now correctly assigned to configured user roles, not the parent task assigner.
- **JCM – Job Portal Column:** Job Portal column now correctly displays as blank for office-staff–created candidates.
- **Report Builder – Skill Column Exception:** Resolved exception when displaying the Skill column in report templates. Reports now generate correctly with skill data.
- **JobTypeListItemId Assignment:** Fixed incorrect defaulting of JobTypeListItemId. Missing TimeCard reports now include all valid records
